Players who did not attend summer camp must bring Emergency Card, copy of doctor signed Sports Physical, and have created a Home Campus Athletic Profile and uploaded signed sports physical.
FILL OUT ONLINE TRYOUT FORM BEFORE SEPT 1.
Bring: Cleats, shin guards, and water
